Jerry Wayne Reid Jr., aged 40, tragically passed away on December 23, 2018, in Winchester, Virginia. He was found with gunshot wounds to his upper body at his residence and was pronounced dead at Winchester Medical Center. This incident marked the first homicide in Winchester in three years.
