In the quiet city of Winchester, Virginia, the holiday season of 2018 was tragically marred by violence. On the evening of December 23rd, police were dispatched to a residence following a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered 40-year-old Jerry Wayne Reid Jr. suffering from gunshot wounds to his upper body. He was rushed to a local hospital but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
