In the winter of 2019, the life of 53-year-old Kenneth R. Ard was tragically cut short in Portsmouth, Virginia. On the evening of January 7th, police responded to a call about a person with a gunshot wound in the 2800 block of Rapidan Street. Upon arrival, they found Mr. Ard, a male, suffering from a serious injury. He was immediately transported to a local hospital for treatment, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
