Charleston B. Scott, a 27-year-old resident of Henrico, Virginia, tragically lost his life on January 24, 2019, due to gunshot wounds. The incident occurred in South Richmond, where police were called to assist EMS with a report of a person shot at East 34th Street and Decatur Street just before 1 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Scott with gunshot wounds, and he was subsequently taken to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
