On April 20, 2019, Jarrett Parker, a 37-year-old man from Hampton, Virginia, was found dead at the intersection of Shell Road and Greenlawn Avenue. The Hampton Police Division received a call at approximately 7:30 PM regarding a man down in the area. Upon arrival, officers discovered Parker with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of medics, Parker was pronounced dead shortly after being found.
