On the evening of April 20, 2019, in Hampton, Virginia, 37-year-old Jarrett Parker, a male from New Jersey, was found shot at the intersection of Shell Road and Greenlawn Avenue. Hampton Police officers were dispatched to the scene following a 'man down' complaint at approximately 7:30 PM and located Parker around 8:04 PM. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced deceased by medics shortly after their arrival.
