Javon T. Stith, a 23-year-old from Southampton County, Virginia, was tragically found dead on April 24, 2019, near a playground in the Thomas Rolfe Court public housing complex in Hopewell, VA. The incident occurred shortly after 12:45 a.m. when police responded to reports of multiple gunshots in the area.
