Estella Sophia Hoggard, a 37-year-old woman from Virginia Beach, VA, tragically lost her life on May 24, 2019. Estella was found deceased inside a vehicle during a routine police patrol near the intersection of Golden Oak Court and S. Lynnhaven Road. She had been shot multiple times, and her death was initially investigated as suspicious. Estella was predeceased by her parents, Alfred and Estelle Hoggard, and is survived by her five sisters and five brothers.
