In the quiet Windsor Oaks neighborhood of Virginia Beach, a tragic story unfolded within the walls of the Towne Square condominiums. Jamie Marie Johnson, a 37-year-old female, was discovered dead on the morning of August 2, 2017, the victim of a fatal gunshot wound. Her life was cut short in what investigators would later determine to be a murder-suicide.
