In the early morning hours of a summer day in Newport News, Virginia, the life of 28-year-old Brion 'Chino' Crawley was tragically cut short. On July 20, 2019, the sound of gunshots pierced the pre-dawn quiet in the 500 block of Adams Drive. Newport News Police responded to the calls and, upon their arrival at approximately 1:39 a.m., they discovered Crawley suffering from gunshot wounds.
