Cortez L. Wright, a 28-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on August 9, 2019. According to reports, officers responded to a call at approximately 7:46 p.m. in the 1900 block of Redd Street, where they discovered Wright suffering from gunshot wounds.
