Aubrey Lynell Belcher, aged 31, tragically lost his life on September 22, 2019, in Roanoke, Virginia. According to reports, the incident occurred just after 9 p.m. when police responded to a call about a shooting in the 100 block of 20th Street NW. Upon arrival, officers found Belcher with gunshot wounds inside a business in the area. Despite the efforts of Roanoke Fire-EMS personnel, Belcher was pronounced dead at the scene.
