On a Sunday evening in Roanoke, Virginia, the life of 31-year-old Aubrey Lynell Belcher was tragically cut short. On September 22, 2019, police responded to a report of a shooting in the northwest part of the city. Officers discovered Belcher inside a business on 20th Street Northwest, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of first responders, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
