Richard Webster, a 21-year-old resident of Manassas, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 29, 2019. The incident occurred on the 10000 block of Leighton Place, where officers from the Manassas City Police Department responded to reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Webster suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to a local hospital, but despite medical efforts, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
