On an autumn afternoon in Manassas, Virginia, the life of 21-year-old Richard Webster was tragically cut short. On October 29, 2019, at approximately 12:30 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting in the 10000 block of Leighton Place. Upon arrival, officers found Webster suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
