On April 8, 2024, a tragic incident occurred at Rum River Central Park in Ramsey, Minnesota, resulting in the deaths of 9-year-old Solara Frank, her 4-year-old brother Laiken Lea Frank, and their 33-year-old mother, Jessica Linette Frank.
