Eric Silver, a 30-year-old resident of Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost his life on January 2, 2020, due to a shooting incident. The incident occurred early in the morning on Lake Forest Court, where police responded to reports of gunfire around 1 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found Silver with a gunshot wound to his upper body.
