Pamela Susan Morse, aged 63, passed away on May 13, 2020, at her home in Martinsville, Virginia. Born on May 15, 1956, in Fredericksburg, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Elsie Dalton Spence and George Spence. Pamela was a graduate of Patrick County High School and a former member of the Civil Air Patrol in Patrick County during the early eighties.
