Kevin Michael Riley, a 29-year-old resident of Winchester, Virginia, tragically passed away on October 28, 2020. Kevin was born in September 1991 in Winchester and was the son of Nancy Darlene and Kenneth Bradford “Brad” Riley, II. He was employed at Riley Multi-Services, LLC, and was a graduate of John Handley High School.
