On May 2, 2024, a tragic incident unfolded in Santa Ana, California, resulting in the deaths of 25-year-old Jordan Block and her uncle, 64-year-old Brian Martin. The Santa Ana Police Department responded to a distressing 911 call from Block, who reported that her boyfriend, 25-year-old Cameron Delani Clark, had attacked her and her uncle with a weapon.
Upon arrival at the business unit in the 1200 block of East Chestnut Avenue, officers discovered Block and Martin with fatal stab and gunshot wounds to their upper torsos. Both were pronounced dead at the scene by the Orange County Fire Authority. Clark was found with a self-inflicted gunshot wound and was transported to a local hospital in critical condition, where he succumbed to his injuries three days later.
The crime scene revealed a collection of weapons, including a bloody spear, swords, and knives, many of which belonged to Martin, who was known for his extensive collection of edged weapons. Investigators are working to determine whether these weapons were used in the attack.
