Victoria Barrios, an 18-year-old from Santa Ana, California, tragically lost her life in a drive-by shooting on August 30, 2019. The incident occurred just after midnight in the 500 block of East Pine Street, near Oak Street. Victoria was walking with two friends when a red or maroon SUV approached them.
