In the early morning hours of November 8, 2020, the life of 28-year-old Delvontae Le'Quan Boone was tragically cut short in Franklin, Virginia. Responding to a call of shots fired around 2:37 a.m. in the 600 block of Oak Street, police discovered Boone suffering from a gunshot wound. He succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
