On February 12, 2024, 58-year-old Cheryl Lynn Schilling of Columbia, New Jersey, tragically lost her life in a fatal shooting incident at her residence. Earlier that day, Armond Anthony Avitable, a 38-year-old man from East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, experienced a domestic dispute at his home, leading to his departure. Seeking refuge, Avitable contacted his acquaintance, Kevin Schilling, Cheryl's husband, who brought him to their Columbia home.
