On a Tuesday afternoon in August 2021, the life of 28-year-old Dajuan M. 'Jeez' Bolden was tragically cut short in a shooting on the south side of Richmond, Virginia. Emergency services were dispatched to the 2200 block of Halifax Avenue around 3:21 p.m. following reports of gunfire. Upon their arrival, police officers discovered Bolden suffering from a significant gunshot wound.
