Teontae D. Clark, a 23-year-old resident of Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 17, 2021. The incident occurred during a party in the 3100 block of High Street in Portsmouth. Around 11:30 p.m., gunshots were fired, resulting in life-threatening injuries to both Clark and another unidentified man.
