In the winter of 2021, a night of violence in Roanoke, Virginia, claimed the life of 41-year-old Mario Green. On the evening of Wednesday, December 22nd, police were called to the scene of a shooting in the 1800 block of 10th Street NW. There, they found Green with a serious gunshot wound.
