Keesean Rashad Carr, a 22-year-old resident of Franklin, Virginia, tragically lost his life on April 17, 2022. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Carr was shot. According to reports, the Franklin Police Department received a call about a shooting on Campbell Avenue at approximately 3:30 a.m. Upon arrival, officers encountered Alexander Mark Maddox, a 32-year-old man who admitted to being involved in the shooting and expressed his desire to turn himself in.
