In the early morning hours of April 17, 2022, the life of 22-year-old Keesean Rashad Carr was tragically cut short in Franklin, Virginia. Carr, a male resident of Franklin, was brought to Southampton Memorial Hospital with a gunshot wound. Despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries.
