Tazman Ahmad Banks, an 18-year-old from Franklin, Virginia, tragically lost his life on November 17, 2021. The incident occurred in the 300 block of Forest Pine Road, where police responded to a report of shots fired around 7:07 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found a man suffering from a gunshot wound who was subsequently airlifted to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital and was expected to survive. Inside a nearby residence, officers discovered Tazman Banks with a fatal gunshot wound.
