On the night of July 9, 2022, the life of 31-year-old Todd Lawton Wilson, a male resident of Norfolk, Virginia, was tragically cut short in a violent encounter at a gas station on East Ocean View Avenue. Just before midnight, Wilson pulled his gray Jeep Patriot up to a pump at the Tinee Giant convenience store and Citgo gas station.
