On a late Friday evening in Newport News, Virginia, the life of 21-year-old Hykeem Ramon Boswell-Fullwood was tragically cut short. On August 12, 2022, at approximately 10:15 p.m., police were called to the 400 block of Manor Road following reports of a shooting.
