In the late summer of 2022, a young man's life was cut short in a burst of violence that unfolded in an apartment complex parking lot in Alexandria, Virginia. DMari Norris, a 21-year-old male, was found on the sidewalk on the afternoon of August 30, 2022, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal.
