Xyqwavius “Qway” Brown, a 19-year-old from Alexandria, VA, was tragically shot and killed on October 26, 2019. The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. at an apartment complex in the Hybla Valley area. According to reports, Brown was found with multiple gunshot wounds near the breezeway of the building. Despite efforts by officers and rescue personnel, he was pronounced dead at the hospital. The medical examiner confirmed that the cause of death was due to the gunshot wounds.
