On the final day of 2013, the life of 23-year-old James Anderson was tragically cut short in a brazen daylight shooting in Camden, New Jersey. The incident, which also claimed the life of 31-year-old Jorge Chavis, unfolded around 12:15 p.m. in a residence on the 700 block of Division Street. When police arrived at the scene, they discovered both men had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
