A 43-year-old woman, Reeshimah Woods, was fatally shot in Camden, New Jersey, on the night of April 13, 2015. The incident occurred behind a residence on the 600 block of Ware Street.
Camden County Police responded to 911 calls shortly before 10 p.m. and discovered Woods lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. She was transported to Cooper University Hospital, where she was pronounced dead at 10:45 p.m.
At the time of the initial reports, the Camden County Prosecutor's
Office and the Camden County Police Department were conducting an ongoing investigation into the shooting. Authorities urged anyone with information to come forward and contact detectives.
