On a grim Halloween night in Camden, New Jersey, a sense of unease settled over a home where 26-year-old Jared Clark would tragically lose his life. On October 31, 2015, the young man was discovered inside his residence, suffering from a fatal gunshot wound. The discovery was made after Camden County Police responded to a 911 call reporting a shooting victim.
