A man is gunned down
In the winter of 2016, a community in Camden, New Jersey, was shaken by the violent and untimely death of Tyrone Fooks, a 32-year-old man and father of three. On the evening of Saturday, December 17, the sound of gunfire echoed through the Independence Village Apartments. When police arrived at the scene around 9:03 p.m., they found Fooks near the 3300 building, critically wounded by multiple gunshots.
