On a summer afternoon in July 2016, a life was tragically cut short in Penns Grove, New Jersey, following a roadside dispute. Jakaiye Ingram, a 24-year-old male, was driving his Volkswagen Jetta with his girlfriend and their 1-year-old son when an exchange of words with a pedestrian would prove fatal. The man on foot, later identified as Hakeem O. Williams of Philadelphia, and Ingram, who were strangers to one another, became engaged in a heated argument after Ingram stopped his car.
