His mother fondly remembers him as a great friend who was loved by everyone he met.
In the years following the murder, the investigation into Brett Moss's death has continued, though it has since become a cold case. The Camden County Prosecutor's Office has actively sought the public's help, releasing surveillance images of a person and a vehicle of interest. The individual is described as a male wearing a baseball cap, a white t-shirt, and shorts. The vehicle is a dark blue, older model Ford Fusion. A reward has been offered for any information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for Brett Moss's death. The initial reward of $5,000, offered by the prosecutor's office, was later supplemented by a contribution from his family, bringing the total to $15,000.
