In the coastal community of Ventnor City, New Jersey, a quiet street became the scene of a somber discovery on a Wednesday in the late summer of 2016. On September 14th, police were dispatched to the home of 59-year-old Marianne Wilson Allen and her husband, Richard E. Allen, 60, for a wellness check. Inside the residence, they found the couple deceased.
