In the late hours of a Sunday evening in Atlantic City, New Jersey, the life of a young man was tragically cut short. On March 5, 2017, 24-year-old Kevin Couplin, a male resident of the city, was found on the 100 block of South Vermont Avenue with multiple gunshot wounds. The Atlantic City Police Department received a 911 call reporting gunshots in the area at approximately 9:57 p.m. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Couplin, who was pronounced dead at the scene shortly thereafter.
