In the early morning hours of November 1, 2020, tragedy struck in Atlantic City, New Jersey, forever altering the lives of a local family. Idel Rodriguez-Garcia, a 29-year-old man, was fatally wounded in a shooting that erupted outside the B&B Saloon on Artic Avenue.
