In the late hours of a spring evening in Passaic, New Jersey, a burst of gunfire shattered the night, leaving a young man's life tragically cut short. Hansel Castillo, a 23-year-old male, was gunned down in a drive-by shooting on Federal Street at approximately 11:21 p.m. on Monday, May 15, 2017.
