On a cold November night in 2017, the life of 39-year-old Hasson Manning was tragically cut short. The male victim was in the vicinity of the 100 block of 11th Avenue in Newark, New Jersey, around 11 p.m. on November 10th when he was fatally shot. The Essex County Prosecutor's Office was called to the scene to investigate the homicide.
