In the late hours of a November evening in Atlantic City, New Jersey, the life of 32-year-old Jasper Bell was tragically cut short. On November 16, 2017, police responded to a call at Anchorage Court shortly before 9 p.m., where they found Bell suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was a resident of the very street where the unfortunate event unfolded.
