In the early morning hours of New Year's Eve 2017, Arthur Ruff, a 53-year-old male, was found suffering from a gunshot wound in Newark, New Jersey. The incident occurred around 12:15 a.m. in the vicinity of 2nd Street and Central Avenue. Emergency medical services were dispatched to the scene and provided immediate medical assistance before rushing him to University Hospital.
