In the late afternoon of a summer Saturday in Camden, New Jersey, a frantic scene unfolded that would end in tragedy. On August 11, 2018, 46-year-old Michelle Huelas was fatally shot. Shortly before 4 p.m., her husband desperately flagged down Camden County Police officers near the intersection of Broadway and Kaighns Avenue.
