In the late summer evening of August 14, 2018, a burst of violence shattered the quiet of a Newark, New Jersey street, claiming the life of 43-year-old Rodney O'Neal. The male victim found himself in a desperate attempt to escape his attacker on Schley Street. In a tragic sequence of events, O'Neal was shot and then struck by a motor vehicle.
