On a Friday evening in September 2019, a young man from the Bronx found his life tragically cut short on the streets of Paterson, New Jersey. Riquelvin Burgos-Nunez, a 24-year-old male, was driving his car along East 31st Street, between 11th and 12th Avenues, when the sound of gunfire shattered the night.
