On a Sunday evening, the vibrant city of Newark was rattled by a fatal shooting that claimed the life of 29-year-old Jamal Williams. The Black / African American male, a resident of neighboring East Orange, was in the 200 block of Mulberry Street on September 22, 2019, when the tragic incident unfolded.
