In the early morning hours of July 11, 2020, the quiet streets of Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, were shattered by an act of violence that claimed the life of 29-year-old Terrance Pernal Fox. A Black / African American man, Fox was discovered at approximately 6:25 a.m. at the intersection of Essex and Kingsley avenues in the Delilah Oaks section of the township. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
