On the evening of November 19, 2020, a tragic event unfolded in Newark, New Jersey, that cut short the life of Rachel Swisher, a 27-year-old Caucasian female. At approximately 7:30 p.m. in the Central Ward of the city, on a stretch of West Kinney Street near Halsey Street, gunshots rang out.
