In the early morning hours of September 11, 2021, the life of a promising young male, Elijah Zyimar Wilson, a 20-year-old Black resident of Paterson, New Jersey, was tragically cut short. Police responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 2:50 a.m. and discovered Wilson lying at the corner of East 18th and Fulton streets with gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center, but despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at 5:5 ...
