On a cold January evening in Neptune, New Jersey, the life of 19-year-old Isaiah Williams of New Brunswick was tragically cut short. On January 19, 2022, Neptune Township Police responded to a report of a shooting on the 1300 block of Washington Avenue shortly after 8:00 p.m. Arriving at the scene, officers discovered Williams and 18-year-old Samore Edwards of Plainfield inside a parked vehicle, both suffering from gunshot wounds.
