On an ordinary spring evening in 1978, the lives of three people were tragically cut short in what would become a notorious triple homicide in Flushing, Michigan. Among the victims was Robert Shepp Jr., a young man of 18. On April 20th, Shepp, along with 44-year-old Elizabeth Hale and 51-year-old Shirley Parvin, was at the Sunshine Dairy store when two men entered with the intent to rob the establishment. The armed robbery quickly escalated, and all three individuals were fatally shot.
